Darlene Yake, LNHA

Darlene has been a licensed nursing home administrator for nearly 40 years. The majority of her career was spent at our smaller sister facility, Morrow Manor, located in Chesterville. She came to Winchester Terrace in the fall of 2022.

She lives in the Cardington area with her husband, Tim. They attend the Gilead Friends Church. Tim and Darlene have two adult children, Emily and Austin. Emily works as an office manager in Columbus, and Austin is in the golf industry in New Jersey. In her spare time, you can find Darlene stretched out in her recliner watching a Hallmark movie

Director of Nursing

Shanna Perreault, RN

Shanna knew she wanted to be a nurse at only 6 years old! She feels that she is doing what God put her here to do. Every resident that crosses her path provides a wealth of knowledge that she will cherish.

She entered the nursing world as an Stna at just 20 years old. After she obtained her LPN license, she worked as a nurse for 17 years. She is now an RN and loves the career she has chosen. She and her husband live in Bellville, Ohio, and have been married for 17 years. They attend StorySide church. She is an avid animal and nature lover and is thankful for every single day with which she is blessed.

Assistant Director of Nursing

Starr Stacklin, RN

Starr started at Winchester Terrace in 2022 as a floor nurse on the skilled hall and was promoted to ADON, MDS nurse in 2024. She lives in Shiloh with her two sons Jack and Levi. In her spare time Starr makes grave blanket & saddles, loves to spend time in nature, and read. Positivity and kindness are what she shares anywhere she goes.

Angela Sullivan

Angela has been in long-term healthcare since she was 17 years old. She started off as an aide in high school, furthering her career through the years and graduating college in 2018 with her Human Service Degree. She settled in at Winchester Terrace in 2020.

Angela is a resident of Richland county and resides with her boyfriend and daughter. In her spare time Angela likes to watch her daughter play golf and softball. She also enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends, especially in the summer months outside at her pool.
